Joshua Young was born in Kokomo, Indiana and has been in the building design industry for over 20 years. He has a background in structural design working as a truss, i-joist and wall panel designer over the course of that time for some of the countries largest component manufacturers.  In 2011 he decided to follow his passion of architectural design and officially luanched Joshua Young Home Designs LLC. Joshua's extensive structural background, combined with his residential design passion and high tech software, he is able to provide you with more than just a beautiful set of drawings. You receive a more indepth design with structrual integrety and value engineering in mind which translates to cost savings for you.  In 2015 he moved his family to Knoxville, Tennesse to be closer to family, Rockytop and the Great Smokey Mountains. He is very family oriented and treats his customers like family. His core values are quality, integrety and customer service.
